Abhilash NairAbhilash Nair is a structural engineer. He has completed his masters in structural engineering from IIT BHU, Varanasi in 2006 and currently he is a researcher as well. He has more than 14 years of experience as a structural engineer. He began his career as a structural engineer for various hydropower projects in India and abroad, designing dam structures, tunnels, bridges, and powerhouses. He also has a strong track record as a structural engineer for multistory commercial and residential buildings. He is also investigating sustainable structures by reducing cement use with mineral admixtures and nano cementitious materials. Being highly motivated and dedicated to society and the environment, he is also involved in research for sustainable buildings by using mineral admixtures and nano cementitious materials to reduce the consumption of cement.

Rajesh ChovattaRajesh Chovatta is a graduate from Institution of engineers India and having 15 plus years of experience in doing various roles in the field of engineering.He has worked as Checker for structural steel detailing, Design engineer, Project lead in UAE and in India.He is having experience in TurnKey projects, FEED in oil and gas sector also worked at site as well.
